A full body holistic massage is a wonderful way to relax your mind, body and spirit. I specialise in pregnancy massage and post-natal massage helping mums-to-be and new mums relax and feel whole again. Each treatment is designed to suit every client's individual needs concentrating on particular areas of concern; focusing on any pain and tension areas felt at the time. I use relaxation techniques, soothing music, gentle essential oils and a unique routine specially designed for deep relaxation. 
Pregnancy / Maternity massage will relieve pelvic pain and lower back pain, reduce water retention and encourage relaxation for a restful nights sleep. Relaxation is essential for a healthy pregnancy and encourages confidence for labour and birth. A monthly massage is recommended for the last 6 months of pregnancy. £45 per hour
Post-natal massage encourages the body to expel excess water waste and toxins left in the body after pregnancy and birth. Relieve shoulder, neck and back pain from carrying baby! Endorphins or 'happy hormones' released during massage can relieve nervous stress and help with the 'baby blues' or post-natal depression. A post-natal massage is recommended 4-8 weeks post-partum. £45 per hour
Support pillows are used to provide maximum relaxation for pregnant and breastfeeding clients.
