While the mask works into the skin, you will receive a most enjoyable foot massage using reflexology and lymphatic draining techniques. The face mask is then removed, the skin is cleansed and toned and a gentle and rejuvenating facial massage is given increasing blood flow to the face, improving skin tone and encouraging muscle relaxation.Relax with an avocado and rose water mask. Hopi Ear Candling is a traditional American Indian treatment used to relieve blocked sinuses and ears, relieve ear pain, calm headaches, and resolve balance problems after flying. This is my favourite therapy because the benefits of Indian Head Massage are endless. This 30 minute balancing treatment focuses on the areas of the head, neck, shoulders, arms/hands and upper back. Using pressure points and chakra balancing, Indian Head Massage leaves you feeling revitalised and invigorated as strained muscles and tendons are relieved of pain and tension.
Indian Head Massage is the perfect therapy for a quick but extremely effective treatment for strained necks, pulled muscles, eye strain and tension, tension headaches, migraines, insomnia, repetitive strain injury and stress relief.
