Baby Yoga
Koala Therapies baby yoga courses are available at venues around North Surrey.  We combine yoga, massage and sensory play in a fun and comfortable environment.  These classes give you one-to-one bonding time with your baby singing songs, practicing soft stretching, building muscle tone, encouraging flexibility and giving your baby a safe and cosy environment to learn basic yoga techniques from an early age.

To help mums get back into pre-baby shape and recover from birth, we also practice gentle post-natal exercises with baby. 


Courses run for 4-5 weeks and are for babies aged 16 weeks and older. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink for both you and your baby.

About the Course:

  • includes helpful handouts with words to rhymes and songs used in class

  • Weekday Group Courses for Mums

    • Each week is different learning new skills and yoga moves for baby
