Baby Massage
Lynnea teaches relaxing, full of fun baby massage classes in West Hertfordshire with an easy to learn routine combined with yoga, reflexology and interactive sing songs. Learn simple ways to calm and soothe your baby, ease colic and digestive discomfort, relieve pain from teething and growing pains and encourage a regular sleeping pattern. Baby Massage course take place over 4-5 weeks and are from babies aged 8 weeks and older. You will need to wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink for both you and your baby.
