Baby massage is the encouragement of a human's most primal sense. Positive touch and massage has been documented through scientific research to have numerous benefits for both infants and their parents. As this ancient Indian tradition is being reborn in the Western world, many hospitals and health clinics are supporting parents of new babies by promoting skin to skin contact and massage to help stimulate their newborns nervous and digestive systems, enhance baby bonding, encourage relaxation and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Baby massage can be used as a bonding tool for children of all ages! Positive touch through massage passes a non-verbal and much more effective message to your child that you love and cherish them just the way they are. Massage also releases those all important 'happy hormones' in both you and your baby/child creating a beautiful moment of bonding. If practiced regularly, massage received from mom and dad can encourage high self-esteem and build self-confidence in your child giving them the best start to life in today's chaotic and stressful society.
Baby massage classesare now available in a fun and relaxed envirnoment where parents can learn simple massage techniques whilst spending quality one-on-one time with their baby, supporting the bond between parent and child.

Baby Massage
became a huge part of my life when I attended weekly classes with my
daughter, Sianna two and a half years ago. Baby massage enhanced the bond between
my daughter and I within the first few classes. I felt more confident
as a mother and more in tune with Sianna's individual needs. Sianna has
now grown into a smart little girl and massage with yoga and reflexology is still a
very important our family lifestyle.
